铁尾矿砂在保温板粘结砂浆中应用的施工技术的研究

【摘要】 铁尾矿属于选矿后的废弃材料,长期一直处于丢弃状态,没有得到充分利用,无形中对周围生态环境以及人类生存环境产生影响,伴随着社会的不断发展、科技的不断进步,科研学者发现可以将铁尾矿砂应用在保温板粘结砂浆中,提升材料利用率的同时,保护环境不受破坏。该文介绍了研究的意义、外墙保温技术原材料选择、铁尾矿资源现状以及铁尾矿回收利用技术现状,并提出了铁尾矿在保温板粘结砂浆中应用的施工技术。

【Abstract】 Iron tailings belong to waste material after beneficiation. They have been discarded for a long time and have not been fully utilized. They have an invisible impact on the surrounding ecological environment and human living environment. With the continuous development of society and the continuous progress of science and technology, scientific researchers have found that iron tailings can be applied to the bonding mortar of insulation board to improve the utilization rate of materials, protect the environment from damage. This paper introduces the significance of the research, the selection of raw materials for exterior wall insulation technology, the status quo of iron tailings resources and the status quo of iron tailings recovery and utilization technology, and puts forward the construction technology of iron tailings applied in the bonding mortar of insulation board.
