杏鲍菇多糖对力竭运动中抗氧化酶活性的影响

【摘要】 采用不同剂量的杏鲍菇多糖提取液进行大鼠力竭运动试验,观察大鼠体重和抗氧化酶活性变化,探讨杏鲍菇多糖对力竭运动中抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果显示,试验期间大鼠体重增加明显;灌胃杏鲍菇多糖的大鼠体内SOD、GSH-Px和CAT活性显著提高,高剂量组的抗氧化酶活性最高。杏鲍菇多糖对力竭运动中的抗氧化酶活性有积极的影响,具有较强的抗氧化性。

【Abstract】 The body weight and antioxidant enzyme activities of rats were observed by exhaustive exercise test and different doses of Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide extract. To study the effect of Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide on antioxidant enzyme activity during exhaustive exercise. The results showed that, the body weight of rats increased significantly during the experiment; the activities of SOD, GSH-Px and CAT in rats fed with Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide were significantly increased, and the antioxidant enzyme activity of high dose group was the highest. Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide has a positive effect on the activity of antioxidant enzymes during exhaustive exercise and has strong antioxidant activity.
