户外一体化机柜用空调的节能低噪设计
Energy-saving and low-noise design of outdoor integrated cabinet air conditioner
【摘要】 目前,户外一体化机柜被国内各大运营商应用于城市区域,户外一体化机柜所配套的空调相应增多。为解决常规空调高能耗、高噪声的问题,本文设计一款低噪声水平的户外机柜用空调产品,外循环侧采用低转速运行的轴流式通风机,可针对性降噪;内外循环侧加装引流风道,用以提高整机风量。研究结果表明,产品额定显冷量比标称冷量(1 500 W)高9%,显热制冷能效比达到2.77,噪声控制在55 dB(A)以内,可应用于城市居住区域。
【Abstract】 At present, outdoor integrated cabinets are used in urban areas by major domestic operators, and the number of air conditioners supporting outdoor integrated cabinets has increased accordingly. In order to solve the problems of high energy consumption and high noise of conventional air conditioners, one air conditioner product for outdoor cabinet with low noise level is designed. The external circulation side of air conditioner adopts an axial flow fan running at low speed, which can reduce noise in a targeted manner. In addition, the drainage pathway is equiped at internal and external circulation side to increase the air volume of the whole machine. The research results show that the rated sensible cooling capacity of the product exceeds the nominal cooling capacity(1 500 W) by 9%, the sensible cooling energy efficiency ratio reaches 2.77, and the noise is controlled within 55 dB(A), which can be used in urban residential areas.
