TDLAS光学多通池痕量气体监测研究进展
Development and Application of TDLAS Optical Multipass Cell in Monitoring Trace Gas
【摘要】 可调谐二极管激光器吸收光谱技术(Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy,简称TDLAS)因灵敏度高、选择好、响应快而被广泛应用在环境污染气体检测、工业过程控制和医疗诊断等领域。光学多通池是提高TDLAS探测灵敏度的有效方法,本文对White型、Chernin型、Herriott型、Astigmatic型等常用光学多通池的结构、原理、优缺点和应用现状进行了分析,并根据污染气体测量的需求指出了光学多通池的未来发展方向。
【Abstract】 Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) has been widely used in environmental pollution gas detection,industrial process control,medical diagnosis,owing to high detection sensitivity,high precision and short response time.Optical multipass cell is an effective method to improve the detection sensitivity of TDLAS.This paper reviews the structure,principle,advantages and disadvantages,and application of the White cell,Chernin cell,Herriott cell and Astigmatic cell.According to measurement demand of TDLAS,the future development of optical multi-pass cell is also proposed.
