环保型可循环利用BIODRILL A水基钻井液评价与应用
Evaluation and application of environmentally friendly and recyclable BIODRILL A water-based drilling fluid
【摘要】 随着渤海油田环保趋势越来越严峻,渤海油田即将进入全面“零排放”,亟需水基钻井液从有效减排到回收重复利用。针对渤海油田储层特性,研发了一种环保型可循环利用BIODRILL A水基钻井液体系,该钻井液体系对环境友好无毒害,易生物降解,表现出优良的携砂能力,且抑制性强;现场应用结果表明,BIODRILL A水基钻井液体系可实现从浅层软泥岩直接开钻,全程“零排放”、零置换,在?311.15 mm大井眼、高机械钻速、4 200 L/min的大排量下,可通过180目筛布而不跑浆,体现出优良的流变性和过筛性,所钻井井眼稳定,并实现连续重复使用。环保型可循环利用BIODRILL A水基钻井液体系已在渤海油田成功应用46口井,平均单井钻井液使用量减少约60%、减排60%,大大节省环保处理成本,为渤海油田持续绿色稳产及后续开发提供了有效保障。
【Abstract】 As the environmental protection trend of Bohai Oilfield becomes more and more stringent, Bohai Oilfield is about to enter a comprehensive “zero discharge” level, which urgently needs the transition of water-based drilling fluids from effective emission reduction to recycling and reuse. According to the reservoir characteristics of Bohai Oilfield, an environment-friendly and recyclable BIODRILL A water-based drilling fluid system was developed. This drilling fluid system is characterized by environmentally friendly, non-toxic and easy to biodegrade, showing an excellent sand-carrying ability and strong inhibition. The field applications show that the BIODRILL A water-based drilling fluid system can directly conduct a spud-in from shallow soft mudstone, with “zero discharge” and zero replacement in the whole process. On the premise of large borehole of ?311.15 mm, high ROP and large flowrate of 4 200 L/min, it can pass through the 180-mesh screen cloth without running out of mud, showing excellent rheology and screening properties. The drilled borehole is stable, and the BIODRILL A water-based drilling fluid system can be reused continuously. The environment-friendly and recyclable BIODRILL A water-based drilling fluid system has been successfully applied in 46 wells in Bohai Oilfield, reducing the average usage of drilling fluid per well by about 60% and emission reduction by 60%. It greatly saves the cost of environmental protection treatment, and provides an effective guarantee for the continuous green plateau production and subsequent development of Bohai oilfield.
