气藏出砂判别方法探讨及其在东海平湖油气田气井配产中的应用
A discriminant criterion of sand production from gas reservoir and its application in gas-well production allocation inPinghu field, East China Sea
【摘要】 东海平湖油气田气藏出砂主要是由于井筒附近气藏储层岩石的剪切破坏所引起的。采用岩心流动实验数据与出砂井产气剖面和采气强度资料相结合的方法,综合确定出了平湖油气田气藏出砂判别指标和气井出砂极限产气量。由于岩心流动实验条件和气井井筒附近气体的渗流条件不同,实验数据往往不能直接用于气井配产,为此首次导出了实验数据与生产参数之间的相互转化公式。将上述气藏出砂判别方法应用于东海平湖油气田F1断块气井配产,取得了较好的效果。
【Abstract】 In Pinghu field, sand production from gas reservoir is mainly caused by shear strains around gas wells. The data from core flow tests, together with sanding well gas production profiles and the production rate per unit thickness, are used of determine the discriminant criterion of sand production and the critical gas production for sand-producing wells in the field. Because of difference in flowing conditions between during the core flow tests and around wellbore, the experiment data can’t be used in gas-well production allocation directly. Therefore, a mathematical formula to translate the experimental results into production parameters is firstly deduced. An application of the discriminant criterion of sand production to gas-well production allocation of F1 block in Pinghu field has made better results.
