圆筒永磁直线电机定位力最小化研究
Detent Force Analysis of Tubular Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor Based on Additional Core
【摘要】 为降低圆筒型永磁直线电机(TPMLSM)定位力并使其最小化,通过增加附加铁心的方法来削弱TPMLSM的定位力波动大小。首先根据麦克斯韦张量法得到的解析式,初步确定附加铁心的宽度w、高度h及离初级铁心端部的距离t为影响定位力的3项基本参数;使用有限元方法分析了各个参数与定位力变化的联系;再利用交互正交优化试验,以降低定位力波动大小为目标,得到最优的附加铁心参数。结果表明,优化附加铁心后TPMLSM的定位力波动大幅降低,为TPMLSM的定位力最小化提供一个简单有效的方法。
【Abstract】 In order to reduce the detent force of tubular permanent magnet linear motor(TPMLSM) and minimize it, this paper weakens the fluctuation of positioning force of TPMLSM by adding additional core.Firstly, according to the analytical formula obtained by Maxwell tensor method, the width w,height h and distance t from the end of the primary core are preliminarily determined as the three basic parameters affecting the detent force.The relationship between each parameter and the change of positioning force is analyzed by finite element method.Then, in order to reduce the fluctuation of the detent force, an interactive orthogonal optimization test was designed to obtain the optimal additional core parameters.The results show that the detent force fluctuation of TPMLSM is greatly reduced after optimizing the additional core, which provides a simple and effective method for minimizing the detent force of TPMLSM.
