【摘要】 随着无线移动通信技术的快速发展,大力开展远程医疗,深入推进分级诊疗,成为医联体信息化建设中的重要抓手。健康一体机是在充分考虑基层就诊环境基础上设计的新型移动协同医疗综合管理系统终端,它是高效联通基层卫生医疗机构与上级医院的物理媒介,也是深入确保基层全科医生与上级医生能够协同工作的应用平台。笔者以健康一体机在南疆地区新型医联体中的研究与实践为案例,深入分析新型信息化技术如何将优质医疗卫生资源广泛贯通至患者末端,打通医疗惠民"最后一公里",实现"核心医院+基层卫生服务机构+数字医生"三级供给模式,提高健康服务的可及性和工作效率,促进健康信息共享和各级医疗卫生机构协同服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of wireless mobile communication technology, remote medical treatment and hierarchical healthcare become an important starting point in the information construction of the medical treatment combination. The health integrated machine is designed as terminal unit of the new mobile collaborative medical care integrated management system which is based on the consideration of the primary healthcare environment. It is an efficient physical medium for connecting primary health care institutions with superior hospitals, and it also ensures that general practitioners at the basic level can cooperate with superior doctors as application platform. This paper takes the exploration and application of health integrated machine in new type of medical treatment combination as an example in southern Xinjiang and analyzes how the new information technology connect high-quality medical resources to terminal patients and then benefit the people in the "last kilometers". This kind of information technology provides three-level supply model which is "core hospital + primary health service agency + digital doctor", it also improves accessibility and efficiency of health services, promotes health information sharing and healthcare collaboration at all levels of health institutions.更多还原
