猪支原体肺炎弱毒活疫苗与灭活疫苗联合免疫的免疫效果评估
Evaluation of the immunological effects of different immunization procedures for Mycoplasma pneumoniae vaccine in pigs
【摘要】 为研究猪支原体肺炎(MPS)弱毒活疫苗与灭活疫苗联合免疫的免疫效果,本研究选取40头10日龄猪肺炎支原体(Mph)阴性仔猪,随机平均分为4组。A组肌肉注射灭活疫苗;B组喷鼻弱毒活疫苗;C组肌注灭活疫苗同时喷鼻弱毒活疫苗;D组为空白对照。疫苗免疫后每天观察猪群的整体状态,于免疫后3 d、30 d、90 d、180 d,分别采集鼻腔棉拭子和血液样品,进行应激相关指标以及相关疾病的抗体检测,并于免疫后180 d进行MPS病原检测。仔猪屠宰时称重,采集其完整肺脏,计算其平均增重并进行肺脏病变评分。结果显示:C组猪生长状况最好,猪群支原体感染率低、抗体水平高、平均增重高并且肺脏病变程度低,表明采用MPS灭活疫苗和弱毒活疫苗联合的免疫效果更好,并且未引起严重的应激反应。本研究对MPS疫苗的合理应用提供了实验依据。
【Abstract】 In order to study the immune effect of the combined attenuated live vaccine with inactivated vaccine of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, fourty 10 day-old of M.hyopneumoniae PCR negative piglets were selected and divided equally into 4 groups including Group A(intramuscular injection with inactivated vaccine), Group B(nasal spray with live attenuated vaccine,Group C(intramuscular injection with inactivated vaccine + nasal spray with live attenuated vaccine) and Group D(blank control).After the vaccination, the nasal swabs and blood samples were collected at different time points for stress-related indicators,antibody detection and MPS pathogen detection at 180 d. The body weight gain of the pigs in each group and the lung lesion score were also evaluated. The results showed that the pigs in group C had the best growth status, the disease was the weakest after infection with M.hyopneumoniae, the antibody level was high, the average weight gain was high, and the degree of lung disease was low. It shows that the combined immunization with M.hyopneumoniae inactivated vaccine and attenuated live vaccine will achieve better immune effect without causing severe stress response.This study provides an experimental basis for the rational application of the vaccine.
