赤羽病琼脂免疫扩散试验诊断方法的研究

【摘要】 应用引自美国和日本的赤羽病毒和标准阳性血清 ,制备了琼脂免疫扩散试验 (AGID)抗原和高免阳性血清 ,建立了赤羽病AGID诊断方法。应用此方法对上海、杭州、广州等地的 1383头牛进行了检疫 ,AGID抗体阳性牛 746头 ,阳性率为5 4.0 % ,与流行情况相符。同时对从澳大利亚、美国、新西兰和加拿大等国进口的牛、羊、猪血清 16 2头份进行了检疫 ,全部为AGID抗体阴性。

【Abstract】 The AGID test has been developed for the detection of antibody to Akabane virus in serum.1383 cattle from Shanghai,Hangzhou and Guangzhou were detected,746 cases shown the positive of AGID antibody,the positive rate was 54.0%. Simultaneously,162 case sera of cattle,sheep and pigs imported from Australia,America,New Zealand and Canada were detected,all of there were negative.
