炫金银、彩晶黑涂膜典型流痕问题探讨
A Discussion on the Typical Flow Mark Defect of Coatings Film of New Mandarin Gold Color and Crystal Black Color
【摘要】 寄存色炫金银、彩晶黑在喷涂时出现非常规流痕不良,严重时为下垂式流挂,轻微时呈线性凸起,发生率高且加修困难,对正常生产、成本控制及缺陷流出防止管理造成重大影响。调查现场施工条件,发现:利用增黏剂提高BC1、BC2黏度,降低喷漆室湿度,匹配削减BC1、BC2膜厚,控制系统间歇式循环或置换新涂料,有利于降低流痕发生率及严重程度,但无法完全消除不良。排查涂料,发现组分中蜡浆有效添加量变大,导致BC1涂料表面张力偏低,影响了BC2在BC1涂层上的系统性匹配。通过削减蜡浆添加比例,控制BC1表面张力在27~29 mN/m范围,流痕不良消除。
【Abstract】 The typical flow mark defect appears unexpectedly on coatings film of new mandarin gold color and crystal black color, which have been in production for quite a while. There is obvious sagging in severe cases and a convex linear mark when the defect is not serious. It leads to significant impact on normal production as well as cost and outflow risk control management because of the high occurrence rate and difficulty in repair. The survey of spraying condition finds that some measures could decrease the occurrence rate and severity degree of flow mark, such as increasing the BC1 and BC2 viscosity by adding applicable tackifier, reducing the humidity of spraying room, lowering film thickness of BC1 and BC2 by adjusting parameters, controlling system circulation in a discontinuous mode, and adding fresh coatings materials, but they could not eliminate the defect completely. Therefore, the article further investigates coatings materials, and the result shows that the surface tension of BC1 coatings is relatively low because more wax slurry is added, thus the systematic adhesion between BC2 and BC1 is affected. The flow mark could be eliminated by keeping BC1 surface tension within 27~29 mN/m when the proportion of wax slurry is reduced to some degree.
