社会多元主体参与下公共实训基地的建设机制研究

【摘要】 建设公共实训基地是改善职业教育办学能力,提高专门技能型人才培养质量的重要途径。通过对中国(天津)职业技能公共实训中心和江西国家职业教育虚拟仿真示范实训基地的比较分析,积极引入虚拟仿真技术,探索多元参与的公共实训基地的经费投入、资源建设和运行机制,可以很大程度上解决公共实训基地高投入、高损耗、高风险,难实施、难观摩、难再现的“三高三难”问题。为此,不断完善职业教育公共实训基地多元投入机制、提升虚拟仿真等新兴技术的引入和整合水平、不断完善资源共享共建的运行机制,成为职业教育公共实训基地可持续发展的必然选择。

【Abstract】 The construction of public training base is an important way to improve the school running ability of vocational education and the training quality of specialized skilled talents. Through the comparative analysis of China(Tianjin) vocational skills public training center and Jiangxi national vocational education virtual simulation demonstration training base, actively introducing virtual simulation technology and exploring the fund investment, resource construction and operation mechanism of multi participation public training base can solve the problems of high investment, high loss, high risk and difficult implementation of public training base to a great extent "Three high and three difficult" problems that are difficult to observe and reproduce. Therefore, constantly improving the diversified investment mechanism of vocational education public training base, improving the introduction and integration level of emerging technologies such as virtual simulation, and constantly improving the operation mechanism of resource sharing and co construction have become the inevitable choice for the sustainable development of vocational education public training base.
