【摘要】 目的:分析我院实施退药审查监督制度后的退药情况和退药原因。方法:根据2003年和2004年共856张住院病人费用修正审批表的退药原因进行分类,按年度汇总。住院病人退药总金额与2003年的前三年相比。结果:我院在2000年￣2004年住院病人退药总金额依次为1964883.18元、1461238.50元、431538.38元、287504.03元、250995.80元,呈逐年下降趋势。结论:实施退药审查监督制度后,退药情况有了显著的改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the hospitalized patients’ returning drugs and analyze the reasons since the examination and supervision system of returning drugs was implemented in our hospital. Methods: 856 examination and approval forms of fee revision presented by hospitalized patients in 2003 and 2004 were classified by the reasons for returning drugs; The total sum of returned drugs were compared with that of the past few years. Results: The total sum of returned drugs is decreasing year by year, 1964883.18 yuan in 2000, 1461238.50 yuan in 2001, 431538.38 yuan in 2002, 287504.03 yuan in 2003 and 250995.80 yuan in 2004.Conclusion:Hospitalized patients’ returning drugs has improved significantly since the examination and supervision system of returning drug was implemented.更多还原
