【摘要】 目的：研究股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗中老年股骨转子间骨折患者的效果。方法：选取2022年4月—2023年4月黔西市人民医院收治的84例中老年股骨转子间骨折患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各42例。对照组给予人工髋关节置换术治疗，观察组给予PFNA治疗。比较两组围手术期指标，时间指标，髋关节功能及并发症。结果：观察组手术时间、切口长度均短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组下床活动时间、完全负重时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后3个月Harris评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对中老年股骨转子间骨折患者应用PFNA治疗更有助于缩短手术切口长度，缩短手术时间，术后康复速度更快，促进术后髋关节功能的恢复，且术后并发症更少，具有较高的临床疗效优势和安全性优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of proximal femoral anti rotation intramedullary nail (PFNA) in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur.Method:A total of 84 middle-aged and elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to Qianxi People’s Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with artificial hip replacement and the observation group was treated with PFNA.Perioperative indexes,time indexes,hip joint function and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time and incision length of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss volume was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed and full weight bearing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The Harris score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 3 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PFNA treatment for patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur is more helpful in reducing surgical incision length,shortening surgical time,accelerating postoperative recovery,promoting postoperative hip joint function recovery,and reducing postoperative complications.It has higher clinical efficacy and safety advantages.更多还原
