【Abstract】 Investigation and research is the foundation of planning, the way to accomplish and the heirloom of the Communist Party of China. Party spirit and investigation and research are closely linked and complement each other. To do investigation and research well, we must rely on strong party spirit to support; investigation and research is an important way to strengthen the cultivation of the Party spirit, and the Party spirit also needs to be tempered and improved in the investigation and research. To carry out investigation and research, Party members and cadres should enhance the consciousness of keeping up with the standard and improve the consciousness of doing well in investigation and research,should proceed from reality,seek truth from facts, and be pragmatic, should abstain from formalism and bureaucracy and maintain fleshand-blood ties between the Party and the people,should forge a strong Party spirit through being brave to take responsibility, acting actively and others, to do a solid job of investigation and research, so that investigation and research really becomes the basis for planning and the way to accomplish things, and continue to play an important role of a heirloom.更多还原
