【Abstract】 Current strategies for treating acute myocardial infarction include thrombolytic drugs,percutaneous coronary intervention and coronary artery bypass grafting.The aims of all kinds of treatments are to save the myocardium in the ischemic zone by restoring blood flow of the occluded coronary artery and getting the heart perfused.However,none of the above have shown any effect with necrotic myocardium.The recent findings of stem cells studies may change the current theory that the heart is the terminal differentiation organ of stem cells and give us a hope on cardiac myocytes regeneration.更多还原
