分光光度法测定水中全铁的含量
Determination of Ferrous by spectrophotometry in water
【摘要】 探讨邻二氮菲分光光度法测定水中微量铁含量的方法.在酸性介质中,二价亚铁离子与邻二氮菲反应生成橙红色络合物,最大吸收波长为510 nm,铁离子含量在0~1.000 mg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系,回收率在98.30%~100.0﹪。
【Abstract】 This paper investigates the o-determination of the philipp ines water iron contents of trace elements in the feasibility.In acidic medium,Fe2 + reacts with orthophenanthroline and produces orange complex whose largest absorption wavelength is 510nm.The linear ranges are 0.000~1.000 mg/ml,and the recovery is above 95%.The use of spectrophotometry is simple,low-interference,accurate and high sensitivity,easy to promote and popularize.
