基于旅游体验视角的旅游链服务质量控制
Service Quality Control on Tourism Service Chain Based on Perception of Tourism Service
【摘要】 从旅游链出发,通过分析旅游链上质量因子并构建了质量因子模型,旅游链上质量因子可分为硬件因子和软件因子.为提高旅游服务水平和质量,基于旅游者的旅游体验感知给出了硬软件因子服务质量的控制方法,以期为旅游健康发展给予有益的参考.
【Abstract】 By means of tourism chain,it analyzes quality factors and constructs quality factors model of tourism chain.The quality factor is divided into two parts,hardware factors and software factors.In order to improve the quality of tourism service,it gives the mastering methods on hardware and software factors based on tourism perception,hoping to give good recommendations for healthy development in tourism.
