制动鼓铸件缩松、渣眼及气孔缺陷的防止措施
Measures to Prevent Shrinkage Porosities, Slag Inclusion and Blowhole Defects of Brake Drum Casting
【摘要】 根据铸件的结构和技术要求,对原铸造工艺所产生的缩松、渣眼及气孔缺陷进行了分析,并对铸造工艺进行了改进。最后通过改进浇注系统,使铁液旋转,从而使铁液同时凝固,避免局部过热,消除了缩松缺陷;通过设置挡渣槽和过滤网,消除了渣眼和气孔缺陷,使铸件合格率由30%~40%提高到90%以上。
【Abstract】 Based on the configuration and technical requirements of the casting,the shrinkage porosities,slag inclusion and blowhole defects caused due to using former casting method were analyzed,and the casting method was improved.Finally,by improving the gating system design to make the iron melt turning and thereby to make the iron melt solidify simultaneously to avoid local superheating,the shrinkage porosities were eliminated;by setting slag skimming groove and filter,the slag inclusion and blowhole defects were also eliminated and as the result,the ratio of the qualified casting was increased form 30%~40% to higher than 90%.
