【Abstract】 Network information resources showsome life characteristics, the outstanding performance is information awakening effect. The paper elaborated on the formation conditions of Web information awakening effect from the three aspects"value, demand and channel", based on which, the paper systematically analyzed the reasons of causing web information awakening effect, then brought forth some relevant measures to trigger the awakening of Web information, in the hope of providing some reasonable suggestions for the network information organization and storage.更多还原
