【摘要】 目的 分析检验科日常工作中使用强化质量控制与管理的有效性。方法 选取龙川县赤光镇卫生院检验科18名工作人员为研究对象。2023年1—6月采用常规管理模式。2023年7—12月采用强化质量控制与管理模式。分析管理前、后的管理效果、工作人员敬业程度、满意度。结果 管理后管理效果评分（科室管理、患者服务与患者安全、急诊检验质量控制与持续改进、临床检验质量控制与持续改进、实验室质量控制与持续改进、生物安全与医院感染防控、专科医疗质量与改进评分）均高于管理前，差异有统计学意义（P均<0.05）；管理后工作人员的敬业程度评分（基本需求、管理者支持、团队合作、自我成长）均高于管理前，差异有统计学意义（P均<0.05）；管理后的总满意度为100.00%(18/18)高于管理前的72.22%(13/18)。结论 检验科日常工作中使用强化质量控制与管理可以提高管理效果，提高工作人员敬业与满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effectiveness of strengthening quality control and management in the daily work of the laboratory department. Methods A total of eighteen staff in the laboratory department of Chiguang Town Hospital in Longchuan County were selected as the research objects. From January to June 2023, the conventional management mode was adopted. From July to December 2023, the intensive quality control and management mode was adopted. Analyzed the management effect, staff engagement and satisfaction before and after management. Results The scores of management effect after management(department management, patient service and patient safety, emergency inspection quality control and continuous improvement, clinical inspection quality control and continuous improvement, laboratory quality control and continuous improvement, biosafety and hospital infection prevention and control,specialist medical quality and improvement scores) were higher than those before management, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The scores of staff ’s engagement(basic needs, manager support, teamwork,self-growth) after management were higher than those before management, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The total satisfaction after management was 100.00 %(18/18) higher than 72.22 %(13/18) before management. Conclusion The use of strengthening quality control and management in the daily work of the laboratory can improve the management effect, improve the dedication and satisfaction of the staff.更多还原
