基于PLC和GPRS模块的山地智能节水灌溉系统设计

【摘要】 智能灌溉技术大幅缩减了人力、物力资源,提高了灌溉效率及精确度[1]。但山地环境普遍恶劣,不利于上位机布线及工作站点的设置。为此本文提出了一种远程控制[2]灌溉电磁阀门并监测传感器数值的方法。该设备采用GPRS无线模块与西门子PLC S7-200 224xp经RS485协议连接,利用组态软件通过配置OPC在电脑上或直接发送手机短信进行无线控制PLC并读出PLC模拟量模块EM231的土壤湿度,水压,水流量以供相关人员随时判断灌溉与否[3]。此方法从根本上解决了环境因素对实际工程的影响,并且结构简单,成本较低,操作方便,适合广大山地丘陵地区的中小灌溉区域推广。

【Abstract】 Intelligent irrigation technology has greatly reduced the human and material resources, greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of irrigation. But the mountain environment is generally bad and it is not conducive to set the upper monitor’s wiring and work site. In this paper, a method is proposed for the remote control of the electromagnetic valve and the monitoring of the sensor. The equipment adopts GPRS wireless module and Siemens S7-200 PLC 224.By linking with the agreement of the RS485 connection and using configuration software though OPC setting on computers or mobile phones to send text messages to wirelessly control PLC and read out the PLC analog module EM231’s quantity of soil moisture, water pressure, water flow for relevant personnel at any time to make sure whether or not to irrigation. This method has solved the influence of environmental factors on the practical engineering. Because of simple structure, low cost and convenient operation, it is suitable for small and medium irrigation areas in mountainous and hilly areas.
