失重对消化系统影响的研究进展

【摘要】 近年来,中国航天事业迅猛发展,我国航天医学研究亦达到了质的飞跃,但同时面临更加艰巨的任务。失重对消化系统可造成广泛的影响,细胞和分子水平的失重应激机理以及失重应激保护措施等方面尚需进一步研究。本文围绕失重对消化系统的影响及研究进展作一综述。

【Abstract】 With the great progress made in space program in recent years,space medicine in China has got outstanding achivements at the same time,and the space medical researches will face challenges which is to ensure astronauts to take spaceflight for longer periods of time in the near future.The microgravity has a wide range of impacts on the digestive system and further investigations are needed to clarify the cellular and molecular mechanisms of weightlessness stress response of the digestive system and to develop the effective countermeasures accordingly in the weightless tolerance training and spaceflight.In this review,we summarize the literatures in the field of research in the effects of microgravity on digestive system.
