【摘要】 目的 观察并分析2型糖尿病患者应用消渴方加味联合阿卡波糖进行临床治疗的效果,并分析对血糖指标的影响。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年12月福清市中医院收治的60例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用单盲法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组应用阿卡波糖治疗,观察组应用消渴方加味联合阿卡波糖治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果、血糖水平、胰岛素抵抗情况以及并发症发生率。结果 观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为96.66%明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.405,P<0.05);观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者空腹胰岛素水平明显高于对照组,且观察组胰岛素抵抗指数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用消渴方加味联合阿波卡糖治疗2型糖尿病患者,可改善患者血糖指标与胰岛素抵抗,有助于提升临床治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyze the clinical treatment effect of Xiaoke decoction jiawei combined with acarbose in type 2 diabetes patients, and analyze the influence on blood glucose index. Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Fuqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into control group and observation group by single blind method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acarbose, and the observation group was treated with Xiaoke decoction jiawei combined with acarbose. The clinical therapeutic effect, blood glucose level, insulin resistance and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.66%, which was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.405, P<0.05). Fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001). The fasting insulin level of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the insulin resistance index of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Xiaoke decoction jiawei combined with apocarose regimen in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients can improve the blood glucose index and insulin resistance of patients, contribute to the significant improvement of clinical treatment effect.更多还原
