胜利油田深井技术套管损坏原因分析及对策研究
Analysis and Countermeasures against Intermediate Casing Damages in Deep Wells
【摘要】 统计分析表明,胜利油田深井技术套管损坏主要有井口下沉、脱扣、断裂或破裂、变形4种类型。技术套管损坏不但会影响下一步钻探工作的顺利进行,严重的还会导致井眼报废,造成巨大的经济损失。分析认为,钻具对技术套管的磨损导致其强度降低是技术套管损坏的主要原因。因此,在深井、超深井钻井过程中,必须采取相应的预防措施,其中在钻具纽合中加入非旋转套管防磨短节可以有效地减少技术套管磨损,从而避免技术套管损坏事故。
【Abstract】 Statistics describe that intermediate casing damages mainly consist of wellhead subsidence, connection failure, broken down or burst, deforming, etc. Intermediate casing damages not only affect normal drilling and exploration progresses, but also induce wellbore abandoning and huge economic losses. Analysis indicate that casing damages are mainly caused by abrasions from drilling tools. Therefore, it is necessary to take preventive measures while drilling in deep and ultra deep wells, and an effective one is to attach non rotary casing abrasion subs to avoid intermediate casing damages.
