大庆常顶汽油脱砷脱氯工艺技术研究与开发(Ⅰ)——试验研究
Study on Dearsenic and Dechlorine Technique of Straight-Run Gasoline from Daqing Crude (Ⅰ)——Experimental Research
【摘要】 结合抚顺石化公司石油三厂连续重整装置的实际工况,采用脱砷剂、NC脱氯剂,加氢精制催化剂,在小型试验装置上,对大庆常顶汽油脱砷脱氯的可行性进行了试验研究。结果表明,采用脱砷-加氢-脱氯联合工艺,可将大庆常顶汽油中的砷含量从1300ng·g-1降至<100ng·g-1,氯含量从5.5μg·g-1降至<0.5μg·g-1,氢气中的氯化氢含量<1μg·g-1,满足连续重整装置进料的要求,对该厂连续重整装置的技术改造,实现以大庆常顶汽油为重整原料是切实可行的。
【Abstract】 According to the current conditions of continuous reforming unit in No.3 Oil Refinery, Fushun Petrochemical Corporation, the probability of the dearsenic and dechlorine technique of straight-run gasoline from Daqing crude is studied through the hydrotreating experiments on dearsenic catalyst and NC type of dechlorine catalyst in fixed bed reactor. The results indicate that the dearsenic and dechlorine hydrogenation technique is practicable. By using this processing, the contents of arsenic and dechlorine in straight-run gasoline from Daqing crude can be reduced to 100 ng·g-1 and 0.5 μg·g respectively. The HCl content in hydrogen can be reduced to less than 1 μg·g. The gasoline can be used as feedstock for continuous reforming unit. It is practicable for the technique improvement of the refine’s continuous reforming unit that the straight-run gasoline from Daqing crude is used for the feedstock of the continuous reforming unit.
