基于薄壁直梁结构最优化设计的整车正碰安全结构开发

【摘要】 整车开发项目中,前期车辆碰撞安全策略的开发至关重要,因为其奠定了后续整车结构性能开发的关键内容。文章正是基于这一出发点,结合工作实践总结出一种项目前期车辆正碰结构安全策略开发的研究方法。主要是通过对正碰路径主要结构性能的分析和简易量化计算,快速设计和确定平台车身碰撞关重件相关的空间布置、碰撞过程能量吸收、纵梁截面形状和尺寸等内容,为后续车型碰撞安全的开发打下坚实的平台基础,并保证项目进度能够得到有效执行。

【Abstract】 Vehicle crash strategy has key position during whole vehicle development, which decide the critical performance of vehicle safety. Viewed on this, this paper tries to present an efficient solution to fix the puzzle of lacking confirmed information for crash safety strategy in prophase study. It mainly analyzes the crash collapse space and critical sections of longitudinal beam, to simply calculate the performance of crash safety, aims to make sure we can get right concept used as base of following activities, in the hope of shortening development cycle and save fees and time.
