摄像头壳体激光打标机设计
Design of Laser Marking Machine for Camera Shell
【摘要】 研究设计了一种能够实现全自动化输送摄像头壳体并对其激光打标的机构。该机构采用圆盘式电磁振动供料机和直线式电磁振动供料机对摄像头壳体进行定向有序输送,并利用气缸控制的机械爪抓取摄像头壳体到准确位置完成打标并送至成品料斗盘。对机构进行了详细的结构设计,包含定向装置、输送装置、打标装置等。
【Abstract】 Research and design of a machine capable of fully automated delivery and laser marking of camera housings. The machine adopts disc type electromagnetic vibration feeder and linear type electromagnetic vibration feeder to convey the camera housing in a directional and orderly manner and use the cylinder-controlled mechanical claw to grasp the camera housing to the exact location to complete the marking and sent to the finished hopper tray. The detailed mechanical structure design of the machine is carried out, including the orientation device, conveying device, marking device, etc.
