健康教育在骨折护理中的应用效果评价
An Evaluation on Application Effect of Health Education in Fracture Nursing
【摘要】 目的:研究健康教育在骨折治疗护理中临床应用效果情况。方法:通过医院的系统平台,选择实际的案例进行调查,主要选取100例符合要求的患者,随机分成两组,各组基本情况协调。前一组属于对照组,采用常规临床护理;后一组属于观察组,是在前一组护理的基础上,再根据患者们的病情的特征配合特色护理措施,对患者进行有计划的健康教育;最终观察比较两组患者临床效果的差异。结果:两组患者相较于治疗前都有明显恢复,但第二种护理要更有效果一些,(P<0.05),也更容易被患者接受。结论:健康教育在骨折护理中能有效帮助病人更好改善身体状况,应该大力推广临床应用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical application effect of health education in the nursing for fracture.Methods:Select practical cases from the platform of the system of hospital to make investigation.Select relevant 100 cases and randomly divide them into 2groups,the basic situation of the 2group were coordinative.The first group was the control group and they were treated with routine clinical nursing,the later one was defined as the observation group and were added with special nursing measures according to the specific situation of the patients based on the treatment in control group,carry out planned health education on patients,finally observe and compare the difference between the 2groups in clinical nursing effect.Results:The situation the patients in both group had recovered obviously compared with that before treatment,but the second nursing method was more effective P<0.05,and patients would be more likely to appreciate.Conclusion:The application of health education in the nursing for fracture can help to improve the situation of patients better,it is worthy of vigorously clinical promotion and application.
