【摘要】 目的 探讨头痛立效贴外治偏头痛发作期的有效性和安全性。方法 选取2018年9月—2018年12月期间就诊于北京中医药大学东直门医院头痛专科及脑病科门诊的偏头痛患者60例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各30例。对照组口服布洛芬胶囊0.3 g,治疗组将头痛立效贴贴敷于双侧太阳穴，观察4周。比较两组患者用药2 h后头痛消失率、缓解率，治疗前后头痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale, VAS)]评分、伴随症状积分。结果 治疗后两组患者2 h头痛消失率、缓解率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者VAS评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者伴随症状积分均较治疗前降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组伴随症状积分均较对照组明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间，两组患者不良事件发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.448,P=0.503)。结论 头痛立效贴能有效缓解偏头痛，在改善偏头痛的伴随症状方面优于布洛芬胶囊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of Toutong Lixiao Patch for migraine attack.Methods A total of 60 migraine patients who were admitted to the Department of Headache Specialist and Department of Encephalopathy, Dongzhimen Hospital, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to December 2018 were selected.They were assigned to a control group and an experimental group by random number table, with 30 in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with ibuprofen capsule 0.3 g orally during migraine attack, while those in the experimental group were treated with Toutong Lixiao Patch on both temples.After 4 weeks of treatment, headache disappearance and headache remission in both groups after 2 hours of medication, as well as the degree of headache[visual analogue scale(VAS)score]and accompanying symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in headache disappearance and headache remission after 2 hours of medication as well as VAS score(P>0.05).Both groups had a decrease in accompanying symptom scores after treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).During treatment, no difference was found between the two groups in adverse reactions(χ~2=0.448,P=0.503).Conclusion Toutong Lixiao Patch can alleviate migraine, and is superior to ibuprofen capsule in improving the accompanying symptoms.更多还原
