新式量水堰测量仪的研制与测评

【摘要】 传统的量水堰流量人工测量或比测采用人工目视钢尺的方式进行,这种测量方式精准度不高且不便利,一种新式量水堰测量仪来解决这些问题。新式量水堰测量仪包含测量系统、整平系统、接地报警系统和支架。仪器研制成功后取得了良好使用效果。本文着重介绍新式量水堰测量仪器的研制过程及使用效果测试,分析评价仪器的精度和运用领域,为其他机械监测仪器的研制提供一种新的思路。

【Abstract】 The traditional manual measurement or comparison measurement of water weir flow is carried out by manual visual steel ruler, which is not accurate and inconvenient. This paper introduces a new type of water weir measuring instrument to solve these problems. The new water weir measuring instrument includes measuring system, leveling system, grounding alarm system and bracket. After the successful development of the instrument, good results have been achieved. This paper mainly introduces the development process and application effect test of the new measuring instrument for measuring water weir, analyzes and evaluates the accuracy and application fields of the instrument, and provides a new idea for the development of other mechanical monitoring instruments.
