【摘要】 在“社会工厂”的时间秩序中，劳动时间与自由时间的界限随着劳动时空延展、生产主体泛化、主体意识迷失而趋于模糊，作为“人的发展空间”的自由时间日渐“匮乏”。数字资本权力通过时间规训使人内化时间规则并形成最有利于价值增殖的“时间习惯”，形塑出“主动”延长数字劳动时间、增加劳动强度的驯顺主体以最大化攫取剩余价值。由于沦为驯顺主体深度受缚于数字异化劳动，人在“过度劳动”与“过度享乐”的迷失中深陷“时间困境”，既无益于高质量身心恢复，也无益于能力提升与精神跃升。走出人的发展之时间困境，需要基于数字资本主义生产关系的根本变革使人彻底免于时间规训并摆脱数字异化劳动之缚，从而彰显自由时间之于人的发展的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the time order of the "social factory",the boundary between labor time and free time tends to become blurred with the extension of labor time and space,the generalization of production subjects,and the lost of subject consciousness.Free time,as "the space for human development",is becoming increasingly scarce.Digital capital power makes people internalize "time rules" and form "time habits" that are most conducive to value proliferation through time discipline,therefore shapes people into the tame subjects who actively extend digital labor time and increase labor intensity to maximize the acquisition of surplus value.Because of the fact that people have been shaped into tame subjects and are deeply bound to digital alienation labor,they are lost in "excessive labor and excessive enjoyment",and consequently trapped in the "time dilemma",which is neither conducive to high-quality physical and mental recovery,nor to the improvement of people’s ability and spirit.To overcome the time dilemma of human development,it is necessary to radically transform the production relations of digital capitalism to completely free people from the time discipline and the constraints of digital alienated labor,so as to demonstrate the significance of free time for human development.更多还原
