降低锅炉排烟温度可行性及节能效益分析
Analysis on the Thermal Efficiency of Reducing the Temperature of Boiler Exhaust Gas
【摘要】 选择合适的排烟温度对锅炉设计和运行的经济性、安全性有重要意义。本文根据锅炉常用设计燃料,计算燃煤锅炉、燃油锅炉和燃气锅炉的烟气露点温度,在此基础上选取适当的排烟温度,并分析了降低排烟温度后的节能效益和对锅炉热效率的影响。
【Abstract】 Exhaust gas temperature is an important parameter to the boiler design, operation. According to the commonly used fuels, this article calculates the exhaust gas dew-point temperature of coal-fired boilers, oil-fired boilers and gas-fired boilers. Based on it, the author selects reasonable exhaust gas temperature, and analyzes the boiler thermal efficiency benefited from the exhaust gas temperature reduction.
