【摘要】 在新文科建设与新工科、新农科、新医科建设的互动中，“数智”科技是它们与先进科学研究成果与科学技术之间的界面和通道，融合“数智”科技推动新文科建设是新文科高质量发展的关键。在新文科发展的时代背景下，在建立“四新”与“数智”科技互动的研究框架的基础上，应建构融合“数智”科技推动新文科建设的七大议题，即目标与使命、内涵与特征、方向与重点、学科治理、教学创新、学术创新以及新文科教育共同体并应基于中国传统“道、法、术、器、势”思维框架提出基于七大议题的概念模型。通过对新文科建设的系统思考和整体梳理，构建基于七大议题的理论框架，有助于系统地融合“数智”科技推动新文科建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Digital and smart technologies are the interface and channels of advanced industrial, agricultural and medical technologies in the interactions among the New Liberal Arts(Emerging Humanities and Social Sciences), the New Engineering, New Agricultural and New Medical Sciences. Digital and smart technology is the key to the high-quality development of the New Liberal Arts. Adhering to the new era and present problems faced, this study studied the research framework of the interactions between the “four new sciences” and the digital and smart technologies. Using literature content and context studies, this study devised seven research issues for promoting the New Liberal Arts, which are goal and mission, connotation and characteristics, direction and focus, discipline governance, teaching innovation, academic innovation, and the new liberal arts education community. Furthermore, a concept model was developed for explaining relations between the seven issues and the New Liberal Arts based on the Chinese traditional thinking diagram-“Dao, Law, Technology, Container and Tendency”. The seven research issues are developed as the results of system and holistic thinking on the New Liberal Arts. They are theoretical insights for promoting the New Liberal Arts by digital and smart technologies.更多还原
