【摘要】 分析了马克思、科斯、威廉姆森等经济学家对企业理论的不同见解,着重解释了科斯的交易费用理论,探究了产权的起源以及交易费用与产权安排之间的关系。

【Abstract】 This essay analyzes the economists’(Marx,Coase and Williamson etc.) different opinions about the corporation theory,puts emphasis on Coase’s transaction cost theory,explores the origin of property right and the relationship between transaction cost and property arrangement.
