废旧A-Ⅸ-Ⅱ回收炸药的性能研究

【摘要】 通过化学方法将A-Ⅸ-Ⅱ炸药中的铝粉去除后制备成耐热炸药。回收的耐热炸药和R852炸药的性能研究结果表明,废旧A-Ⅸ-Ⅱ回收的耐热炸药的机械感度明显低于R852炸药,而爆速、爆热、真空安定性基本相当;废旧A-Ⅸ-Ⅱ回收的耐热炸药的压力密度曲线与R852炸药相差很小,说明其适合于装填R852炸药的射孔弹生产线。

【Abstract】 Waste A-Ⅸ-Ⅱexplosive is made into heat-resisitance explosive by removing the alumisium in A-Ⅸ-Ⅱexplosive.The experiment results of recycled heat resistance explosive and R852 explosive show that:mechanical sensitivity of the recycled heat resistance explosive is less than R852 explosive,but the detonation velocity,explosive heat and vacuum stability of the recycled heat resistance explosive correspond to R852 explosive.The relation between pressure and density of the recycled heatresistance explosive is almost same as R852 explosive,so recycled heat-resistance explosive is fit for perforating shaped charge production line of R852 explosive.
