铬渣无害化及资源化生产铁铝基复合材料试验研究

【摘要】 为解决目前国内铬渣无害化处理不彻底且未对其中的铬进行资源化利用的问题,采用“制浆+两性活化解毒+固液分离+混合配料+压制成型+烘干”方法处理铬渣及含铬废物,将铬渣无害化处理后制成铁铝基复合材料作为钢铁行业提钒冷却剂,考察了活性炭、铬克剂、钠水玻璃投加量、辅料配比、烘干时间等参数对铬渣无害化及资源化利用制备铁铝基复合材料效果的影响。试验结果表明,活性炭投加量为铬渣质量1%,铬克剂投加量按铬克剂与六价铬比值2,钠水玻璃投加量为铬渣量15%,白云石粉投加量为铬渣质量10%,膨润土投加量为铬渣质量3%,硅石投加量为铬渣质量15%,烘干时间2h,系统运行稳定,铬渣无害化彻底,生产的铁铝基复合材料能达到《铬渣产铁铝基炼钢复合材料(FA型复合材料)》(T/CPCIF 0047-2020)要求。本工艺系统能够实现铬渣的无害化及资源化利用,能够满足工业化、大规模生产应用的需求,对于降低铬渣的存量具有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of incomplete harmless treatment of chromium slag in China and the lack of resource utilization of chromium,the method of " pulping + amphoteric activation detoxification + solid-liquid separation + mixed ingredients + pressing molding + drying " was used to treat chromium slag and chromium containing waste. After harmless treatment of chromium slag,iron aluminum matrix composites were prepared as vanadium extracting coolant for iron and steel industry. The effects of activated carbon,chromic agent and sodium silicate dosage,auxiliary material ratio and drying time on the harmless and resource utilization of chromium slag to prepare Fe Al matrix composites were investigated. The experimental results showed that when the dosage of activated carbon is 1% of chromium slag,the dosage of chromic agent is based on the ratio of chromic agent to hexavalent chromium 2,the dosage of sodium silicate is 15%,the dosage of dolomite powder is 10%,the dosage of bentonite is 3%,the dosage of silica is 15%,and the drying time is 2 h,the system runs stably and the chromium slag is completely harmless. The Fe Al matrix composites produced can meet the requirements of " Fe Al matrix steel making composites from chromium slag( FA type composites) "( T/CPCIF 0047-2020). The process system can realize the harmless and resource utilization of chromium slag,can meet the needs of industrialization and large-scale production and application,and has important significance for reducing the stock of chromium slag.
