【摘要】 目的探讨基于子午流注理论择时为危重症患者给服健脾茶对减少肠内营养并发症的效果。方法将接受肠内营养支持治疗的危重症患者61例,随机分为两组,试验组30例在鼻饲管泵入肠内营养乳剂的同时采用为期14天的子午流注择时给服健脾茶,对照组31例仅常规鼻饲管泵入肠内营养乳剂。结果试验组出现的腹胀、呕吐、胃潴留、腹泻、便秘等并发症[1]明显少于对照组,适应时间较对照组也有缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子午流注法择时给服健脾茶能有效缩短肠内营养适应时间并减少肠内营养并发症的发生,且方法简便易行,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This article was to explore the effect of tonifying spleen tea in reducing the complications of enteral nutrition timely based on the theory Ziwuliuzhu. Methods Sixty one patients who would receive enteral nutrition support in critically ill were randomly divided into 2 groups. The 30 cases in test group were given tonifying spleen tea timely based on Ziwuliuzhu theory for 14 days when they were given enteral nutrition emulsion through nasal feeding tube,the 31 cases in the control group were only given routine enteral nutrition milk agent which was pump into through nasogastric tube. Results The incidence of abdominal distension,vomiting,gastric retention,diarrhea and constipation and other complications in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group, as well as the adaption time, the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Ziwuliuzhu method timing to supply tonifying spleen tea can effectively shorten the enteral nutritional adaptation time and reduce the incidence of complications and the method is simple and feasible,so it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
