【摘要】 “一带一路”倡议促进了经济迅速发展，也为高等职业教育的更好更快发展提供了新契机。以江苏沿海地区高职教育在“一带一路”建设中通过校政企合作进行人才培养的探索与实践为例，对三方合作中如何发挥政府的主导作用以及学校、企业的“双主体”作用进行了再思考，认为“一带一路”建设中，江苏沿海地区高职教育的高质量发展，要在转变政府、学校和企业思想认识的基础上，积极推进校政企合作，并在此过程中强化政府的主导责任，发挥学校和企业在育人中的“双主体”作用，共同打造“政府牵头、企业搭台、学校唱戏”的合作格局，在互利互补、合力并进、无缝衔接、合作共赢的基础上，为“一带一路”倡议贡献智慧和力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Belt and Road initiative has promoted rapid economic development,and also provides new opportunities for better and faster development of higher vocational education. Taking the exploration and practice of talents cultivation through school-government-enterprise cooperation in Jiangsu coastal higher vocational colleges in the Belt and Road construction as an example, this paper rethinks how to play the leading role of the government and the “dual subject”role of schools and enterprises,and believes that the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges in this condition should be based on changing the ideological understanding of the three parties,actively promote their cooperation,strengthen the leading responsibility of the government, fully play the“dual subject”role of schools and enterprises in education,and jointly create a cooperation pattern of “government leading,enterprise supporting, and school conducting”,so as to contribute wisdom and strength to the Belt and Road initiative on the basis of mutual benefit and complement,joint efforts, seamless convergence,and win-win cooperation.更多还原
