LED光质对太子参生长和主要功能成分的影响
Effects of light quality on the growth and main functional component of Pseudostellaria heterophylla
【摘要】 为探究不同LED光质对太子参生长和主要功能成分含量的影响,以太子参实生苗为研究材料,设置LED光源为蓝光(B)、红光(R)和红蓝光组合(R∶B=2∶1、R∶B=4∶1、R∶B=6∶1、R∶B=8∶1、R∶B=10∶1)共7个不同光质的处理,测定各处理下30和120 d太子参生长指标及120 d太子参主要功能成分含量及产量,综合生长与含量的隶属函数值,确定太子参的最适光处理。结果表明:光质对太子参生长影响显著,不同生长时期的植株响应有所不同。红光及红蓝组合光显著提高30 d太子参除根数以外的生长指标,120 d太子参的生长随着红光比例的增加表现出先增加后下降的趋势。红光下30 d太子参叶片总叶绿素含量显著低于红蓝组合光,而120 d太子参叶片叶绿素含量在多数处理间差异不显著。不同光质对太子参功能成分含量和产量影响显著,红光显著提高总皂苷和太子参环肽B含量,单一蓝光显著降低多糖含量,所有处理下氨基酸含量低于药材标准品,以上成分产量随红光比例的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,在R∶B=8∶1下显著高于其他处理。综上,红蓝组合光处理下太子参植株生物量和功能成分积累较高,但在不同时期的最佳组合比例不同,R∶B=10∶1有利于太子参苗期植株生长,R∶B=8∶1有利于中后期太子参根生长及功能成分积累。
【Abstract】 In order to study the effects of different light quality on the growth, content and yield of main functional component of Pseudostellaria heterophylla seedlings, LEDs were precisely modulated to B(blue light), differentred-blue light combinations(R∶B=2∶1, R∶B=4∶1, R∶B=6∶1, R∶B=8∶1, R∶B=10∶1), and R(red light). The growth, content and yield of the main functional components of seedlings of the tested plants were determined at 30 and 120 days under the different treatments. The results showed that:Light qualities displayed significant effects on the growth of seedlings, and the response of plants at different growth stages was different. The red light and red-blue combined light significantly increased the growth indices except root number of 30 d-seedlings, whereas, the growth of 120 d-plants showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of red light ratio. The total chlorophyll content of P.heterophylla leaves at 30 d under red light was significantly lower than that under red and blue combined light, while it was not significantly different among most treatments at 120 d. Light quality exerted significant effects on the content and yield of functional components in P. heterophylla. Red light significantly increased the content of total saponins and heterophyllin B, and blue light significantly decreased the content of polysaccharides. The content of amino acids under all the treatments was lower than that of the standard substance of medicinal materials. In summary, the biomass and functional components of P.heterophylla were higher under red and blue combined light treatments, but the optimal combination ratio was different indifferent stages. The comprehensive evaluationin this study demonstrated that R∶B=10∶1promoted the growth of seedlings at early growth stage, and R∶B = 8∶1 was beneficial to the root growth and functional component accumulation of plants in the middle and late stages.
