电动循环球斜齿蜗轮的修型技术
ModificationTechnology of Electric Recirculating Ball’s Helical Worm Wheel
【摘要】 电动循环球转向器作为一款新型的汽车动力转向器,与传统液压转向器相比,具有不可比拟的优势,是解决智能驾驶、无人驾驶的最重要的一个环节。从电动循环球转向器的结构切入,分析涡轮蜗杆传动的重要性和提出斜齿涡轮的修型技术;基于对比的滚齿工艺的优劣,进一步改造设备、定制专用刀具以及优化蜗轮毛坯;最后生产出了成本更低、工艺链更短、质量更加稳定的产品,对生产具有重要的指导意义。
【Abstract】 Compared with the traditional Hydraulic steering device(HSD), the Electric circulation-ball steering device(ECSD) as new type of vehicle power steering device, it has incomparable advantages and it is the most important link to solve the problem of intelligent driving and autonomous driving. From the structure of the ECSD, the manicript has analysed the importance of turbine worm transmission and proposed the oblique turbine repair technology. More comparison between the innovative and original outmoded technology, to revamp the equipment, custom special tools and optimize worm wheel blank. Finally, we have produced the products with lower cost, shorter process and more stable, it has important guiding significance to production.
