4-(喹啉-8'-甲基)-1,4,7,10-四氮杂环十三烷-11,13-二酮的合成及其与Cu(Ⅱ)-bipy形成三元配合物的稳定性研究

【摘要】 本文合成了4-(喹啉8'-甲基)-1,4,7,10-四氮杂环十三烷-11,13-二酮.测定了该配体和4-(吡啶-2'-甲基)-1,4,7,10-四氮杂环十三烷-11,13-二酮配体的质子化常数及它们与CU(Ⅱ)形成的二元配合物,与Cu(Ⅱ)-bipy形成的三元配合物的稳定常数.还合成了4-(喹啉-8'-甲基)-1,4,8,11-四氮杂环十四烷-12,1'4-M酮配体,测定了该配体的质子化常数及其与Cu(Ⅱ)形成的二元配合物的稳定常数.讨论并比较了这类带有功能性侧基的二氧四胺大环新型配体在水溶液中与Cu(Ⅱ)的配位能力、配位方式和相应配合物的空间构型.

【Abstract】 quinoline-8’-methyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclotridecane-11,13-dione were synthesised.The protonation constants of them and of 4-(pyridyl-2’-methyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraazacy-.clotridecane-11,13-dione ligand,and the stability constants of their binary complexes with Cu(Ⅱ) and ternary complexes with Cu(Ⅱ)-bipy were measured.the protonation constants of 4-(quinoline-8’-methyl)-1,4,8, 11-tetraazacyclotridecane-12, 14-dione ligand and the stability constants of their binary complexes with Cu(Ⅱ) were also determined.The coordinating ability,coordinating mode and space structure of the related complexes about this new kind macrocyclic dioxotetraamine ligands with functional pendant were discussed and compared.
