【摘要】 党建引领社会组织参与城乡社区发展治理是一项系统工程。党建引领是基本前提和根本保障,社会组织参与是重要桥梁和必要纽带,实现社区发展治理是重要价值和最终归属。党的十八大以来,我国在党建引领社会组织参与城乡社区发展治理方面取得了一些成效,但依然存在党建引领社会组织参与城乡社区发展治理空间缺乏、文化缺失和"痛点"把握不准等问题。构建党建引领社会组织参与城乡社区发展治理机制需要进一步突出党的领导,推进多元主体参与,加大经费投入,推动协商共治,实现社区服务全覆盖。更多还原

【Abstract】 Party building leads social organizations to participate in urban and rural community development governance is a systematic project. Party building guidance is the basic premise and fundamental guarantee, the participation of social organizations is an important bridge and necessary link, and the realization of community development and governance is an important value and ultimate destination. Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC, China has made some achievements in Party building leading social organizations to participate in the governance of urban and rural community development, but there are still problems such as lack of space, lack of culture and inaccurate grasp of "pain points". To build a mechanism for Party building to lead social organizations to participate in urban and rural community development governance, we need to further highlight the leadership of the Party, promote the participation of multiple subjects, increase financial input, promote consultation and co-governance, and achieve full coverage of community services.更多还原
