工程专业认证背景下的毕业设计教学改革研究——以食品科学与工程专业为例
Research on Graduation Project Teaching Reform under the Background of Professional Engineering Certification:Taking Food Science and Engineering as an Example
【摘要】 以工程专业认证对食品科学与工程专业本科毕业论文(设计)提出的要求为标准,探讨了学校食品科学与工程本科毕业论文(设计)存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决的措施。
【Abstract】 Based on the requirements of engineering certification on the graduation thesis(project) of food science and professional engineering,the problems existing were discussed in the graduation thesis(project) of food science and engineering in our university,and the corresponding measures were put forward to solve them.
