【Abstract】 Marxist theory of state functions held that the nature of the state is class dictatorship while social functions are secondary functions affiliated to political ones. The national function tends to be socialized in the history of evolution. Rule of law is a toolto carry out state functions; class nature is its essential attribute; sociality is the direction for its development.
