【摘要】 受制于全球金融危机、欧债危机的困扰和国内政治经济形势的影响,法国的文化外交面临诸多新的挑战,不仅发展动力不足,难以在欧盟脱颖而出,而且越来越面对新兴国家文化外交的强力竞争,也遭受美国文化的挤压。新时期法国的文化外交注重利用高科技向外推广本国文化,通过领导人积极参与、设立新机构、利用法语优势、以对外文化交流为方式,促进和推动文化外交。法国文化外交的有效开展也给崛起进程中的新兴国家发展文化外交提供了许多重要的借鉴与启示:发展多样化的文化外交新形式;淡化政治和意识形态色彩;以扶植国内文化发展为基础,扩大其海外影响力;推广文化与增加经济收益相结合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Being obsessed by global financial crisis, European debt crisis and domestic political and economic situation, cultural diplomacy in France faces a lot of new challenges, not only lacks dynamics of development and is hard to stand out inside EU, but also confronts strong competition from cultural diplomacy in the emerging countries and suffers from pushing out by American culture. In the new era, cultural diplomacy in France pays attention to promote French culture with high technology, and it has been promoted through active participation of leaders, creation of new institutions,taking advantage of French language and foreign cultural exchange. Cultural diplomacy in France effectively carrying out brings enlightenment and reference for the development of cultural diplomacy in the emerging countries.更多还原
