【Abstract】 By incorporating labor education into the talent training system, colleges and universities implement the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents, and further promote the all-round development of college students. The values of labor education in the new era are more representative of the times, the content of labor education should be more abundant, and the training methods of labor education should be more comprehensive. As one of its types, service-type labor education also plays an important role in educating people.
