新疆南疆农村初中化学教师学科知识现状调查及启示

Investigation and Enlightenment on the Subject Knowledge of Chemistry Teachers in Rural Junior Middle Schools in Southern Xinjiang

【摘要】 本研究采用问卷调查法、统计分析法对新疆南疆农村地区51位初中化学教师的化学学科知识现状进行了调查研究。调查结果显示:南疆农村初中化学教师基本掌握和理解常见物质的性质、用途、物质的变化规律等基础知识,能运用化学符号对物质、化学变化进行表征,对初中化学中简单实验及计算有一定的掌握,但是教师的整体知识结构不够完善,存在部分概念、规律及实验原理的理解片面化,实验操作不够熟练,化学用语的规范性和准确性欠佳等问题。并针对分析过程中发现的问题提出了结对子、增设相应课程内容等可供参考的意见和建议。

【Abstract】 In this study, 51 junior middle school chemistry teachers in rural areas of southern Xinjiang were investigated by questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. Results show that: the southern Xinjiang the countryside junior middle school chemistry teachers’ basic grasp and understand the nature of the common material, purpose, material change law and other basic knowledge, can use chemical symbol for characterizing the material, chemical change, simple in the junior middle school chemistry experiment and calculation have certain mastery, but the overall knowledge structure of teachers is not perfect, there are some concepts, rules and the understanding of experimental principle one-sided, experimental operation not enough skilled,such problems as poor chemical terminology standardization and accuracy. In view of the problems found in the analysis process,the author puts forward some Suggestions and Suggestions for reference, such as pairing and adding corresponding course content.
