保温护理对胸腔镜手术患者苏醒状况及预防低体温的效果分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨保温护理对胸腔镜手术患者苏醒状况及预防低体温的效果。方法:对2023年5月至2023年9月于某医院择期行胸腔镜手术的120例患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究,将其按照护理方法分为对照组(60例)和研究组(60例)。对照组患者实施常规保温措施,研究组患者实施综合保温护理措施。将两组患者围术期心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)指标、围术期体温变化情况、苏醒质量、低体温及相关并发症发生情况进行对比。结果:研究组患者术中60 min、术后30 min HR、SBP、DBP均比对照组低;研究组患者术中45 min、手术完成和麻醉苏醒时体温均显著高于对照组;研究组患者自主呼吸、意识恢复、气管导管拔除和麻醉后恢复室滞留时间均显著低于对照组;研究组患者低体温及相关并发症总发生率显著低于对照组。结论:保温护理措施应用于胸腔镜手术患者中,可维持血流动力学的稳定,提升苏醒质量,促进患者术后尽快恢复,并减低体温及相关并发症的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of thermal insulation nursing on the recovery status and prevention of hypothermia in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery. Methods: The clinical data of 120 patients who underwent elective thoracoscopic surgery in one hospital from May 2023 to September 2023 were then retrospectively studied, and they were divided into control group(60 cases) and study group(60 cases) according to the nursing methods. Patients in the control group were subjected to routine insulation measures, and patients in the study group were subjected to comprehensive insulation nursing measures. Comparing the perioperative heart rate(HR), systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP) indicators, perioperative temperature changes, awakening quality, hypothermia, and related complications between two groups of patients. Results: The HR, SBP, and DBP of the study group patients were lower than those of the control group at 60 minutes during surgery and 30 minutes after surgery; The body temperature of patients in the study group at 45 minutes, during surgery, at the completion of surgery, and at anesthesia awakening was significantly higher than that of the control group; The study group showed significantly shorter spontaneous breathing, consciousness recovery, catheter removal, and PACU retention time compared to the control group; The total incidence of hypothermia and related complications in the study group was 18.33%, which significantly decreased compared to 45.00% in the control group. Conclusion: The application of thermal insulation nursing measures in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery can maintain hemodynamic stability, improve awakening quality, promote postoperative recovery, and reduce the occurrence of body temperature and related complications.
