【Abstract】 In this research, the project management model is developed for building a wind turbine production plant. Program evaluation review technology(PERT) is utilized to find the key work when building the plant, and the total cost and duration of the project are also calculated under normal conditions and early completion conditions. Furthermore, the project implementation plan can be designed by fuzzy PERT model, which can improve the overall satisfaction to the greatest extent and reduce the total cost and duration of the project.更多还原
